Every bottle of Stark Craft Beer is brewed exclusively with premium malt and pure spring water sourced from Mount Batukaru in Bali. Our Pilsener stands out with 40% Balinese rice, showcasing our dedication to local ingredients and authentic craftsmanship. Meanwhile, our IPA (Indonesian Pale Ale) is specially crafted to suit Indonesian taste buds — smoother and less bitter than the traditional Indian Pale Ale.

Kaja, derived from the Balinese word for “north,” takes its name from our distillery’s location in Singaraja, Bali. As a trailblazer in Indonesia’s malt-based spirit industry, Kaja focuses on two main products: gin and vodka. Our Kaja Vodka is exclusively crafted using European wheat and undergoes a three-stage distillation process to create a smooth and subtly smoky taste. Meanwhile, Kaja Gin stands out with its unique blend of 100% European barley and eight botanicals and spices. We add a special touch to our gin by incorporating the native Indonesian fruit, cempedak, along with juniper berries, angelica roots, cubeb berries, licorice, cinnamon, lemon zest, and coriander. The result is a delightful and authentic gin with a distinct Indonesian essence.
Nord takes its name from the Balinese word meaning “north,” a tribute to the location of our distillery. It embodies our spirit of innovation — a finely crafted blended spirit designed to elevate every cocktail experience.

In 2025, we redefined the Nord experience by refining the alcohol content of our lychee, mango, and elderflower variants from 20% to 40%, ensuring every Nord bottle now embodies the same bold spirit and balance. To further enrich our portfolio, we proudly introduce two distinguished additions: Whisky and Agave — refined expressions that complete the Nord journey of discovery, crafted for cocktails that captivate the senses.
De’wan, derived from the Balinese term “dewa,” meaning “deity,” holds great reverence in Balinese Hinduism. The choice of this name reflects the divine compassion and teachings of the Tri Hita Karana, which emphasize love for God, fellow beings, and the natural world. Arak De’wan, produced through a meticulous three-time distillation process, achieves a delicate balance between the smooth coconut aroma and a touch of copper in its final flavor.
The involvement of coconut sap farmers from Slombo Village in Buleleng, Singaraja, is integral to creating its unique character. The existence of Arak De’wan not only supports the socio-economic well-being of local arak farmers but also aligns with the Bali Governor’s initiatives. Our hope is that the birth of Arak De’wan contributes to the upliftment of local farmers and showcases the extraordinary quality of Bali’s indigenous ingredients.
Arak Legong is a brand that takes its name from the graceful Legong dance and the traditional gamelan music in Bali. This exquisite dance reflects the lives of kings and inspired the creation of Arak Legong, a premium beverage that delivers a regal drinking experience. Derived from Arak De’wan, Arak Legong combines authentic Balinese spices to create a delightful blend of floral aromas and warm, spicy flavors.
